We are experiencing an issue with one of our MySQL servers at the US Data Center, which may result in database connection issues with your websites. We are working on bringing the server back online as soon as possible.

All accounts and websites have been successfully migrated from our older servers to our new cloud platform.

As far as we know, all websites were migrated successfully and are functioning properly without issue, however some things like .htaccess files may have slipped through the cracks or cause conflict on the new system. If you notice your website is functioning oddly, please write us at Support@TFXHost.com so that we may investigate further and fix it.

There was no downtime during this migration.

We would like to inform you about a temporary overload on our MX Servers due to multiple malfunctioning outgoing mail scripts which are causing timeouts and slow performance of mail services including the error messages noticed on mail clients and webmail applications.

Our administrators are already working on fixing and updating the scripts at the moment so the trouble could be resolved as quickly as possible. Once the load is reduced email services will be fully operational as intended.

While updating our domain registrar, some email addresses were temporarily experiencing a down time where they weren’t receiving incoming email, however outgoing mail was still functioning properly.

This downtime only lasted an hour and any email missed during the downtime was still received shortly after the MX Records were updated and the mail server could properly continue to determine where it was supposed to go.
